PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. Payment Methods
Gym Bro accepts the following payment methods for membership plans:
- Cash: Pay directly at the gym reception.
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps (scan QR at reception).
- Bank Transfer: NEFT/IMPS to our bank account (details available at reception).
Note: We do not accept online payments through this website. All payments must be made at the gym or via direct bank transfer.
2. Membership Pricing
Our membership plans are priced as follows (subject to change):
- Starter Plan (1 Month): ₹1,000
- Popular Plan (3 Months): ₹2,500
- Pro Plan (6 Months): ₹4,500
Custom plans may be available on request. Please contact us on WhatsApp or visit the gym for custom plan pricing.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your membership within 48 hours of payment and have not used any gym services, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Pro-Rata Refund: If you cancel after 48 hours but before using 50% of your membership duration, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused period, minus a processing fee of ₹200.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 50% of the membership duration has elapsed, or if the membership has been frozen for more than the allowed period.
- Medical Reasons: In case of a documented medical condition preventing you from exercising, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid medical documentation.
4. Membership Freeze
You may freeze your membership under the following conditions:
- You can freeze your membership for up to 15 days per quarter (3-month period).
- Freeze requests must be submitted at least 2 days in advance (except for emergencies).
- Frozen days will be added to the end of your membership period.
- To request a freeze, visit the front desk or contact us on WhatsApp.
5. Pro-Rata Calculations
When calculating pro-rata refunds, the following formula applies:
Refund Amount = (Total Price ÷ Total Days) × Remaining Days − Processing Fee (₹200)
Example: If you purchased a 3-Month Plan (₹2,500) and are cancelling after 30 days (with 60 days remaining):
Refund = (2500 ÷ 90) × 60 − 200 = ₹1,467 (approximately)
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original payment.
- Cash refunds may be collected from the gym reception.
